2.The quantity of equipment required will depend on the specific slaughtering procedures employed. Ideally, all equipment should be constructed from stainless steel or plastic materials that are resistant to rust and can be easily cleaned and sanitized. 
3.Equipment that does not come into direct contact with the meat (e.g., overhead rails, working platforms, knocking pen) is typically made from galvanized steel.
